Who we share it with

We share personal data only where necessary, with trusted parties who act on our behalf or who you have chosen to book through, including:

• Hostaway and booking platforms (e.g. Airbnb, Booking.com) used to take and manage reservations;
• our website hosting and email providers, who store the data securely on our behalf;
• professional advisers, and law-enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally required to do so.

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we take steps to ensure your data receives an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Enquiry data is typically kept for up to 24 months after our last contact; booking and financial records are kept for at least six years to meet legal and tax requirements, after which data is securely deleted.
